In this role you will support the Māori Advisory Engagement Lead, Māori Lead – Business, and Māori Lead – Retail to deliver kaupapa that reflect and uplift te ao Māori. You will help prepare pitch packs, support onboarding of Māori commercial entities, and ensure Māori narratives are woven into our communications. You will coordinate cultural events, promote te reo Māori through Te Hoe Ākau, and provide guidance across the enterprise to build enduring relationships and embed tikanga Māori into everything we do.

Responsibilities

• Grow your impact supporting kaupapa Māori across the enterprise
• Access wellbeing leave, subsidised medical insurance and more
• Build cultural capability and shape meaningful engagement with iwi and hapū
• Prepare pitch packs and support onboarding of Māori commercial entities
• Ensure Māori narratives are woven into communications
• Coordinate cultural events and promote te reo Māori through Te Hoe Ākau
• Provide guidance across the enterprise to embed tikanga Māori
