About the Role

• Clinic operations : Take charge of managing the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic.
• Reception duties : Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.
• Diary management : Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
• Administrative tasks : Process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims.
• Data management : Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.
• Technical skills : Perform in‑house hearing aid repairs with full training provided.
• Community engagement : Participate in local marketing initiatives to promote our services.
