Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced leader to drive delivery, inspire our teams, and shape the future of transmission projects across New Zealand and Australia. In this critical role, you’ll take responsibility for delivering major projects while contributing to the growth and success of our wider Energy & Environment business.

• Lead multi‑disciplinary transmission projects across New Zealand and Australia.
• Drive technical excellence and delivery, ensuring we meet and exceed the AECOM client promise.
• Inspire and mentor the next generation of engineers, while providing expert design review and guidance.
• Build and strengthen lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and our national / offshore teams.
• Shape the future of our Transmission & Distribution group by contributing to strategy, driving innovation, and leading winning proposals.
