The role : As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide customers with professional, friendly, and efficient processing of VTNZ services. You will have strong customer service skills and a 'can-do, will-do' attitude. You won't shy away from owning a customer enquiry and following it through to resolution.
You will be involved with some products that are being rolled out now, as well as aiding our wider team with new initiatives and innovations in products and services, so a desire to learn and contribute is really valued! You will work amongst a tight-knit team, and a broader team of product managers, sales and marketing specialists. Given this is a casual role, you will work as and when needed within the hours of 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays including regional public holidays (but not national).
