Systems & Data Analyst

Franklin Veterinary Services – Pukekohe, North Island

We’re looking for a talented Systems & Data Analyst to support our digital operations, strengthen our data environment, and help our people work smarter every day. This is a role for someone who loves problem‑solving, improving systems, and turning data into meaningful insights that support better decisions across a busy, multi‑site veterinary organisation.

You’ll work closely with teams across the business, with hands‑on responsibility for data analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365 / SharePoint administration, and support for BambooHR and ezyVet. You’ll also play a key role in driving digital improvements, system improvements and enhancing the clinical team’s overall digital capability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building automated reports using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Excel.
• Developing and maintaining data models and pipelines from our Data Lake.
• Managing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint sites, permissions, workflows, apps, and automations.
• Using your knowledge of BambooHR to enhance HR data consistency and deliver reliable workforce insights.
• Creating Power Automate and Power Apps workflows to streamline business processes.
• Supporting system integrations.
• Providing Level 2 IT support and contributing to system upgrades, cybersecurity tasks, and documentation.
• Visiting clinics to understand workflows, gather user feedback, and maintain strong relationships with our veterinary teams.
