Rentokil Initial is seeking an experienced and technically skilled IT Support Consultant to join our team in Auckland, based in our Mount Wellington office.

As an IT Support Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to all customer queries in accordance with the defined service level agreement. A key aspect of the role is to deliver high-quality IT support to the organisation, which includes over 600 employees, 200+ PCs / laptops, and 500+ mobile devices. You will need to use your initiative and technical experience to quickly resolve critical IT support issues that impact access to essential systems and applications. The successful individual must be able to work as part of a team within defined policies and procedures, while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously in troubleshooting end-user IT issues.
