Customer Service Representative

Service Foods Auckland is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representatives.

About the Role :

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers — managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. You’ll use Salesforce (CRM) and Sage (ERP) systems to maintain accurate records and support seamless operations across departments.

Position snapshot :

Location : Mangere, South Auckland

We have two full-time permanent roles available with immediate start :

• AM Shift : 07 : 00 AM – 03 : 30 PM (Tuesday to Saturday)
• PM Shift : 03 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 PM (Sunday to Thursday)
