Warehouse Team Leader-Day shift

We areseeking a dynamic and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Day Shiftteam. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for overseeing theproduction picking function and providing backup support for inwards operationswhen required.

• Lead and Inspire : Serveas an effective leader by managing a team of 11 to 12 employees, whilemaintaining clear communication and fostering motivation in collaboration withmanagement.
• EnsureSafety & Compliance : Champion health and safety, uphold quality standards, and promptly report andinvestigate incidents.
• Drive Operational Efficiency : Oversee daily operations, meet delivery targets,and solve problems as they arise.
• Promote Continuous Improvement : Implement process enhancements and foster aKaizen culture.
• Develop & Manage Performance : Mentor, coach, and build team cohesion, focusingon skill development.
• Demonstratedexpertise in warehouse management within manufacturing and industrial settings.
• Skilled with IT tools; ERP / SAP / NAV a plus
• Innovativeleader with Kaizen experience and strong problem-solving skills (e.g., 5Why).
• Familiaritywith GEMBA Walks, 5S, and best health & safety practices.
• Confidentrunning MBU1 (Toolbox) sessions and directing floor staff.
• Abilityto make sound decisions using all available information.
• Financialacumen to ensure fiscally responsible choices.
• Strongnegotiation and influencing skills to achieve business objectives.
