Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Support daily store operations by assisting customer needs.
• Maintain strong store presentation to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Champion Customer Service & Engagement : be highly visible, engage customers with personalised assistance, and promptly resolve inquiries and complaints.
• Drive Product Availability & Quality : continuously replenish products, focusing on essentials and fresh food, and ensure high standards for stock quality, rotation, and presentation.
• Support Smooth Operations & Standards : collaborate effectively with the team ("Swarm") for daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
• Prioritise Safety & Compliance : uphold safety protocols, report hazards, and ensure all tasks adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
