Test Lead

Resync Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced Test Lead with a strong background in leading small teams and exceptional communication skills to work on projects within a government agency. You will oversee end-to-end testing processes, manage a small, high-performing QA team, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of robust, compliant solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences will drive project success in a dynamic public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a small QA team (3–5 members) in planning, executing, and reporting on testing activities for government systems.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks to ensure quality and compliance with agency standards.
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to government stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
• Mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
