CSSD Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a self‑motivated and passionate Field Service Engineer (Electrician or equivalent) to join our Service Team in Auckland. You will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for CRK equipment based at our customer sites, whilst creating and maintaining strong working relationships with our customers and supporting other CRK Field Service Engineers as necessary. This role will be based in Mt. Wellington, with occasional travel, and will support the Projects team from time to time with new equipment installations.

You will be a self‑starter who can independently manage your time and schedule and able to effectively communicate with all levels of the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain washer disinfectors / sterilisers on site.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards.
• Identify and replace faulty components or systems using appropriate tools and parts.
• Provide on‑site technical support and troubleshooting for CSSD staff.
• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities.
• Installation of new equipment / IQ, OQ, PQ.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology and industry developments.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, on customer site and via telephone.
