Job Description

Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a full timeChef de Partie to join their experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support fellow kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in preparing and cooking meals to the highest standard, following recipes and maintaining consistency.
• Take pride in preparing and presenting beautifully crafted dishes, ensuring they are properly dressed before being served.
• Assist Chef in Charge with preparing back of house rosters.
• Oversee stock control and ensure the safe and proper storage of food and kitchen supplies.
• Contribute to the development of exciting new menu items in partnership with the Executive Chef.

Expected minimum hours : 30 hours per week

Location : 327 / 343 Frankton Road, Queenstown 9300, New Zealand

Hourly range : $33 - $35NZD per hour. (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver). Payment of wages will be processed on a fortnightly basis by direct credit to your nominated bank account.

Annual salary approximate : $51,480 - $54,600 (excluding contributions to KiwiSaver).
