What You'll Do

As a Guest Experience Host -Porteryou will create an exciting, innovative, and memorable hotel experience for all guests by working with a well-rounded and highly motivated Front Office team.

You will assist with welcoming & fare welling guests

Manage the collection and delivery of luggage & other items

Coordination / parking of guest vehicles - as required

Provide information on local activities, events etc.

Assist other departments as required

Professional and personable, with a "role up the sleeves", can do attitude

You make calm, collected decisions – even when the clock is ticking

Excellent verbal and written communication & phone skills

What You'll Bring

Ideally you'll have previous experience in a similar position in a hotel environment.

You have a passion for all things hospitality and love making genuine human connection

You have a high energy level and a passion for achieving superior results

You are detail oriented and able to effectively multitask with great communication skills

You thrive under pressure and are flexible when adapting to new situations

You take pride in personal presentation

You have a valid drivers' license

You have a passion to develop your hospitality career

You meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in New Zealand.
