Project Manager

We’re excited to be expanding our busy team with positions available throughout our three New Zealand offices.

Conference Innovators delivers more than 40 conferences and events each year and we’re looking for full-time Project Managers to join our crew in 2026.

If you love events, go above and beyond for your colleagues and clients and work well under pressure (and with a smile), you may just be the perfect fit!

Two full-time positions available in our Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch offices.

Positions commence 2 February 2026.

Our highly competent, focused and dedicated Project Managers manage every tiny detail of our events. These specialists have on-the ground-experience with every style of conference and the intricacies of delivering complex programmes. They thrive under pressure, are problem solving gurus and enjoy designing creative and engaging environments to make our events shine. From the very beginning to the very end of every project, they are approachable, friendly and enthusiastic.
