Picker Packer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to ensure all customer orders are picked and packed accurately, efficiently, and on time—while maintaining our company’s quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, cold-environment setting and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
• Flexibility to work Saturday when required

Your key responsibilities include

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately to meet daily targets and required pick rates.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, using the correct tools for each task.
• Complete equipment checks as directed to ensure safe and effective operation.
• Follow all entry requirements for PPE, handwashing, and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene and comply with food safety standards to prevent cross-contamination.
• Report any process, product, or safety issues to your Supervisor or Manager promptly.
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and hazard‑free.

The successful candidate will have

• Strong hand‑eye coordination, attention to detail, and active listening
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods in a cold environment
• Reliable timekeeping and a solid work ethic
• Able to read instructions and complete basic numeracy tasks for quality checks
• Comfortable wearing PPE and maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not essential.
