R&D Baker (Cakes & Pastries)

Our client, a leading player in the Food & Ingredients industry, is seeking a Baker (R&D) to join their team.

In this role, you will be hands-on in developing innovative cake and pastry creations while supporting exciting R&D projects.

The role is based in the West, with convenient accessibility.Role HighlightsMonday to Friday, office hoursLocation : Buona VistaSupportive team with a positive work environmentTraining provided, great learning opportunityWhat You'll DoPrepare and produce cake and pastry samples daily.Develop and test new recipes, including product prototypes and taste refinements.Conduct baking experiments and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality.Decorate finished products and support product improvements to match customer trends.Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and assist with other R&D tasks as required.Requirements : Minimum Diploma in Pastry & Baking, Culinary Arts, Food Science, Food Technology, or other food-related fieldsWe are an equal opportunities employer.
