We're looking for a caring, experienced Caregiver to join our warm, multicultural centre and become part of our collaborative, relationship-focused team.
Permanent, Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in supporting our youngest tamariki in a warm, responsive, and fast-paced environment.
You will work alongside a passionate team of kaiako to ensure children experience consistent care, connection, and joyful learning.
We're looking for someone who : Has experience working with children aged 0–5 years Brings warmth, patience, and a team-first attitude Is proactive, adaptable, and collaborative Can support daily routines confidently Contributes to documentation where needed Has a genuine love for working with young children What You'll Bring : Previous experience with infants and toddlers A nurturing, calm, and responsive approach Strong communication skills Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to our team culture Initiative and reliability Why Join BestStart?
