About Us Interglobal Ltd is an accredited employer in New Zealand operating in the health supplement and nutraceutical industry.

As part of our business expansion, we are managing farms in Kumeu and Parakai to ensure the supply of high-quality raw materials. We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations across both farm locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily farm operations in Kumeu and Parakai.
• Supervise farm staff, allocate tasks, and ensure safe and efficient workflows.
• Oversee crop planning, cultivation, harvesting, and resource management.
• Manage budgets, production schedules, and farm equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with New Zealand agricultural regulations, H&S, and sustainability practices.
• Liaise with company management to align farm outputs with business goals.
• Prepare operational and production reports for management.
