We’re looking for a hands on, strategic Growth Manager who thrives in fast moving, data led SaaS environments and wants to :
Run global demand generation and growth programs from NZ, targeting US mid market and enterprise financial institutions.
Own and elevate our ABM strategy, designing programs that engage and convert our highest value accounts.
Work closely with sales and CS to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Experiment, test and scale new channels with autonomy and pace.
Shape the growth story of a Kiwi SaaS business expanding into a major global market.
This is a mid senior role with room to grow as the company scales. While there are no direct reports today, the right person can evolve into future leadership as the team expands.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead planning and execution of integrated, multi channel campaigns across ABM, digital, automation and in market activity.Use your HubSpot and LinkedIn Ads expertise to generate, nurture and convert leads using clean reporting and attribution.Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align on strategy, messaging and revenue goals.Build repeatable campaign frameworks that scale across regions and verticals.Analyse performance, identify trends and continually iterate for growth.You’ll Thrive Here If You
