The Position

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Receptionist to join our Wiri office in a unique position combining receptionist and accounts administration duties.

• Full-time permanent position
• Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
• Answering all incoming telephone calls
• Sending documents to customers, booking couriers
• Opening and distributing mail
• Organising and checking lunch invoicing
• Answering customer telephone queries regarding accounts
• Data entry of accounts receivable transactions
• Relieving other admin staff in order entry
• Assisting the sales force
• Following up deliveries
• Filing and all other general administration duties as required
