Glen Innes Kindergarten is seeking a committed and culturally grounded Kaiako to join our vibrant and caring teaching team. If you bring strong indigenous practice, deep Pasifika knowledge, and a genuine openness to a curiosity-driven approach, we would love to hear from you. We are an aroha-centred, whanau-focused kindergarten where relationships, belonging and joyful learning are at the heart of our practice.

We are Looking for Someone Who :

• Has strong indigenous worldview practice and a commitment to culturally sustaining pedagogy.
• Values Maori and Pasifika ways of knowing, being, and doing.
• Models manaakitanga, aroha, and respectful relationships with tamariki and whanau.
• Is reflective, flexible, and enthusiastic about child-led, inquiry-rich learning.
