Integrated Planning Manager

Westland Milk Products – Rolleston, South Island

As the Integrated Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in embedding an integrated planning culture across the business. Reporting directly to the Head of S&OP, you’ll lead improvements to the S&OP / IBP cycle and oversee the Integrated Tactical Planning process, ensuring alignment between strategic, tactical, and operational plans.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to balance customer demand, manufacturing capability, and financial performance, while mentoring others in best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a role where your expertise will directly influence business outcomes and position IBP as the central decision-making process.

A bit about you

You are a proven planning professional with experience in end-to-end supply or production planning processes, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing. You bring a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Your approach is proactive and solutions-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning tools will help you succeed, along with your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
