About the Role

• Project Leadership : Lead end-to-end civil engineering projects, from design and approvals through construction observation and contract administration.
• Client & Stakeholder Management : Liaise with clients, councils, contractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.
• Contract & Design Oversight : Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, and contract documentation.
• Mentoring & Team Development : Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering skill development and technical excellence.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects meet regulatory and quality standards, including resource consent and asset vesting requirements.
