About The Role

As the Regional Manager – Northern Region, you’ll have full responsibility for leading operations, driving growth, and strengthening our market position across Industrial, Infrastructure, and Coatings divisions. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Northern Region operations, ensuring alignment with national strategy and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving sales growth and market expansion.
• Manage regional P&L, focusing on revenue growth, cost efficiency, and sustainable profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable to high standards of performance and delivery.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders and support functions to deliver seamless service and operational excellence.
