Ko Taku Reo | Deaf Education NewZealand is the national provider of education services for Deaf and hard ofhearing learners. We are seeking an exceptionaleducational leader to join our Executive Leadership Team as Deputy Principal, Pedagogyand Curriculum – a pivotal role providing strategic and operational leadershipacross, Curriculum, Pedagogy, Professional Development, Evaluation and Reporting,and Resources.

As Deputy Principal, Pedagogy andCurriculum, you will lead the design and delivery of Pedagogy and Curriculum frameworksthat drive excellence in Deaf education across Aotearoa. This includesoverseeing pedagogy, curriculum and resource development, evaluation andreporting, and professional learning that empowers educators and improvesoutcomes for Deaf and hard of hearing learners.
Reporting to the Executive Principal,you will lead a highly capable Pedagogy and Curriculum Team and contribute tothe strategic direction of the organisation. You’ll foster a culture ofcollaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement – where learning,wellbeing, and inclusion sit at the heart of everything we do.
