Care | Kia Tika - We care for each other and do the right thing Connect | Kotahitanga - We unite in a common purpose Courage | Kia Maia - We are brave, capable and confident Mo to matou Ropu - About the team The key focus of the Occupations Proven experience and knowledge of the maritime industry at a senior level; Good analytical skills and ability to problem-solve in complex environments, with experience using these to create insights that drive process improvement Experience working collaboratively in a team of professional, technical and specialist staff; Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across a range stakeholders; Highly effective written and oral communication skills including the ability interpret highly technical issues for non-technical audiences; Demonstrated success with projects and programmes of work involving multiple objectives, diverse stakeholders operating in dynamic environments.

Salary range $119,318 - $145,572 depending on skills and experience plus up to 4% kiwisaver contributions.
