About this role | Mo tenei turanga
We are looking for two Executive Assistants, each supporting two General Managers in our Curriculum team.
Reporting to the two General Managers, this role will suit someone who is motivated by ownership and being accountable across a range of key functions and processes.
As an experienced EA, you will slot in with ease to take full control of a busy diary, schedule all meeting and ensure both your GMs are in the right place at the right time with everything needed to achieve results.
The ideal candidates will be passionate about making a difference, be flexible to adapt to changing work volumes and able to communicate effectively and clearly with our stakeholders to understand what they need.
Key to your success will be your ability to maintain oversight of all internal and external updates by managing emails, creating business correspondence and minutes, undertaking governance and secretariat support along with ensuring things flow seamlessly.
This role will require you to anticipate needs and be flexible to change your day at a moment's notice as you respond to a range of events both big and small!
You will need to demonstrate the ability to build credibility swiftly with a broad range of stakeholders, as well as being confident across the range of MS office products coupled with excellent technical aptitude will ensure your success in this role.
Salary range : $74,815 - $90,347 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

The purpose of Te Poutahu is to lead the national curricula for Aotearoa New Zealand and associated systems and processes of assessment and aromatawai.
We design, develop and provide curriculum services for teachers, kaiako, leaders, akonga, their whanau and communities that reflect their identities, languages and cultures.
We bring together curriculum, teaching expertise and evidence for the development, support and review of inclusive curricula, assessment and NCEA.
Our strengths are across te reo Maori, matauranga Maori, disability, inclusive learning support and culturally relevant content so that Te Mahau supports learning that is inclusive for all akonga.
