The Role : Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant , your mission is simple :
Engage, qualify, and book appointments with construction business owners who are a perfect fit for our programs.
You’ll be the first point of contact in our sales pipeline, warming up leads, qualifying them through discovery, and setting appointments for our closers to demonstrate TPB’s value.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with Builders
Connect with builders via phone, email, and social channels to build relationships and understand their needs.
Qualify Prospects
Use TPB’s proven frameworks to identify builders who are the right fit for our programs.
Book Appointments
Schedule calls for our Business Advisors and Sales Closers with qualified, ready-to-buy prospects.
Follow‑Up Management
Nurture leads who aren’t ready yet through timely follow‑ups and relationship‑building.
Keep accurate records of all interactions, updating lead statuses and tracking KPIs in our CRM.
Collaborate with Closers & Marketing
Work closely with the wider Sales and Marketing teams to align messaging and maximise conversion rates.
What Success Looks Like
Appointment Targets :
Hit weekly and monthly booking KPIs.
Lead Qualification :
Maintain 80%+ qualified appointment rates .
Conversion Support :
Help the team achieve consistent 50%+ closing rates .
Pipeline Growth :
Keep the pipeline full by ensuring no lead is left behind .
About You
