What will you do?

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll learn from experienced Consultants and gain hands‑on experience in :

• SP10 Job evaluation and other Strategic Pay products.
• Remuneration policy and reward strategy.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Supporting client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Using our proprietary tools and methodologies.
• Building networks within the HR community.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop technical expertise in a niche HR discipline while building consulting skills.
