- Our Customer Remediation Data team is looking for an Associate Insights Analyst – Remediation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about data and insights, wanting to make a real difference for customers while building strong analytical capability.

- We sat down with our Data Lead - Remediation (Who you'll report to), and they shared the following about the role : We empower our team members to self-manage their work, with support and subject matter expertise available when needed. It’s a collaborative, fast-paced environment where we all help each other succeed.
- Translate complex remediation requirements into clear data needs.
- Interrogate data sources and ensure the right data is used.
- Build, test, and validate queries for accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other analysts to meet remediation objectives.You’ll work on meaningful projects that put customers first, while developing your technical skills and contributing to BNZ’s data capability uplift.Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment requires agility and strong problem-solving skills.We’re looking for someone who :
- Has 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Is proficient in SQL
- Can engage effectively with stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Is self-motivated, a quick learner, and thrives in collaborative environments.
- Desirable skills :
- Exposure to Hadoop and Python.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
