We have an opportunity for a Site Inspector to represent us across the Wellington region. Whether you come from a structural or geotechnical background, or you’re a builder with strong construction monitoring experience, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our projects are delivered with accuracy and quality.
This is a solo role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently. While we don’t yet have a Wellington office, you’ll be fully supported by our wider team and will report directly to our Auckland Regional Manager.
If you enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and taking ownership of your work, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career.
About the role
As our Site Inspector, you will travel across the region conducting inspections on a wide range of projects. You will be responsible for comparing structural design drawings and specifications with onsite construction. Identifying and communicating any discrepancies between consented plans and what is being built and communicate this to our Structural Engineering team.
What we offer
We offer a competitive remuneration package alongside flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work life balance. You will benefit from ongoing professional development, ensuring you are supported as you continue to grow your skills and career.
Although this is a solo role in Wellington, you will be well connected to and supported by our Auckland office and wider national team. This opportunity allows you to work independently while still being part of a collaborative group committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes across the region.
