Production Support Lead Analyst role focuses on stability, performance, and continuity across business-critical applications. It’s a leadership and escalation point for a global virtual team, driving incident management and service improvement in a complex, fast-paced FinTech environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate a virtual team of analysts, ensuring smooth operation of FNZ's production environments.
• Own end-to-end incident and problem management, ensuring rapid resolution and clear communication to stakeholders.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement systematic improvements to prevent recurrence of critical issues.
• Oversee the transition of projects into production, ensuring readiness from both technical and operational standpoints.
• Provide technical leadership across SQL, system monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Manage and improve production processes to meet SLAs, KPIs, and internal quality benchmarks.
• Support application enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
• Coach and mentor team members, while influencing best practices and standards across the wider team.
