Job descriptionFabricate & Install : Work with aluminum to fabricate and install ducts for commercial and residential HVAC systems. Blueprint Reading : Interpret blueprints and design specifications to ensure accuracy and functionality of ductwork. Ensure Quality & Safety : Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in every project. Team Collaboration : Work alongside experienced professionals to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations. Experience : At least 2 years of experience in duct installation and fabrication (aluminum experience essential). Skills : Proficient in cutting, fitting, and installing aluminum ductwork. Familiarity with tools such as shears, hammers, and power tools. Dismantling + Building, erecting and assembly spray booths, equipment and ducting Own Power tools Essential Work at heights EWP Certified Knowledge : Strong understanding of HVAC systems and duct design principles. Work Ethic : Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver top-quality work. Physical Fitness : Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various environments (both indoors and outdoors). Competitive Pay : We offer competitive wages based on experience.
