Graduate Programme : Operations Trainee (Feb 2026)

Join Qube Logistics as an Operations Trainee in a structured graduate programme offering hands‑on experience across business, operational, and commercial functions.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Participate in a 24-month graduate programme with two 12-month phases focusing on Depot and Business Operations, then Client Operational and Commercial areas
• Gain exposure to Finance, Safety, Health and Sustainability, People & Culture, and Information Technology functions
• Support development of future leaders through project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Travel nationwide to various locations as required by the programme
