Enrolments Advisor
Location : Anywhere New Zealand — Full‑time | Permanent | Remote
About The Role
Are you passionate about helping people take the next step in their education journey? As an Enrolments Advisor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students into programs that change lives. This role sits at the heart of NZTC’s enrolment acquisition, recruitment, marketing, communications and customer engagement. You’ll be the first point of contact for domestic learners, inspiring confidence, offering support, and helping students navigate each step of the application and enrolment process. No two days will be the same, and you’ll work closely with a supportive team committed to delivering exceptional student experiences.
Responsibilities
- Work to established domestic student enrolment targets, as outlined in KPIs and annual sales goals
- Oversee, undertake, and support the domestic application and enrolment process for new and returning students
- Act as the key contact for students throughout their application and enrolment journey, proactively guiding them through every step
- Provide regular and ad‑hoc reporting on recruitment and enrolment activity
- Liaise with and support international enrolment staff
- Maintain a strong understanding of college programs, academic regulations and student support services
- Promote a strong customer‑focused culture throughout the college
- Establish and maintain accurate student records to meet all compliance requirements
- Ensure prospect, application and enrolment data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all QMS, curriculum, company, program information and teaching resources generated during employment are retained as property of the college
- Be open and adaptable to changes in duties or responsibilities as required
Qualifications
Proven background or knowledge in Early Childhood Education in NZ or Healthcare in NZ is advantageousA people‑focused communicator who enjoys building relationshipsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksConfident in both written and verbal communicationA proactive, solutions‑focused approachExperience in customer service, admissions, sales, administration or a related field is advantageousBenefits
