Fletcher Wood Products is seeking an EHS Advisor to join our Taupo construction project team on a fixed-term contract, starting January 2026 and ending July 2026. This is a site-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic construction environment and is committed to making a real impact.

About the Role

• Support the project’s environmental obligations, liaise with regulatory bodies, and help maintain operating consents.
• Deliver robust training programs (e.g., Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, First Aid) and promote a safety-first culture on site.
• Develop and maintain the site’s Health & Safety Plan, conduct incident investigations (ICAM methodology), and ensure thorough reporting and actionable insights.
• Apply the latest standards and guidance for hazardous areas; experience in this space is highly valued.
