Health & Safety Advisor – Vitaco Group

Reporting to the Safety & Sustainability Manager, the Health & Safety Advisor plays a key role in supporting Vitaco's mission to empower healthier lives.

The role provides first-line advice and hands-on support for health, safety, and employee well-being initiatives, helping to build a proactive safety culture across the business.

Key responsibilities include :

Act as the first point of contact for health, safety, and injury-management queries.

Prepare reports and presentations for the H&S Committee.

Support incident investigations and maintain the risk register in ecoPortal.

Coordinate audits, inspections, and mandatory training.

Champion wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.

Maintain ecoPortal and provide training as needed.

What you will bring :

2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety advisory position, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.

Tertiary qualification in HR, Safety, or a relevant business discipline.

Strong knowledge of contemporary health and safety strategies and practices.

Excellent Microsoft 365 skills (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot).

Experience with HRIS or safety databases (ecoPortal experience a plus).

Understanding of H&S legislation and case law in an ANZ context.

Excellent communication, stakeholder liaison, and time-management skills.

Initiative, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.
