Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of five consultants, specialists, and an educator through change.
• Managing complaints and ethics triage.
• Communicating effectively with senior and emerging researchers.
• Embedding the transformation project across the university.
• Building a cohesive, high‑performing team culture.
• Supporting a service‑focused approach to research ethics.
