Operations Manager - Auckland

Vending Direct is New Zealand’s largest and fastest-growing vending operator, servicing over 2000 machines across Auckland alone. We deliver smart, reliable, customer-focused vending, smart fridge and micromart solutions to some of the country’s biggest brands. As we continue to scale nationally, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Auckland region.

The Opportunity

This is a senior operational leadership role overseeing the full Auckland operation : warehousing, inventory, fulfilment, routing, servicing, customer experience, and staff leadership. You will manage a high-performing team of Drivers / Fillers, Warehouse Staff, and an Admin Assistant, ensuring our vending network across Auckland operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. This is a Monday to Friday role , with a 5 : 00am start time , reflecting the early operational requirements of the Auckland network. What You’ll Be Responsible For

Operational Leadership

• Lead day-to-day operations across warehousing, stock management, route planning, and machine servicing.
• Ensure machines are consistently stocked, maintained, and operating at maximum uptime.
• Oversee vehicle fleet coordination and work with Technical Services on equipment servicing and safety compliance.
• Manage food safety processes for all fridges, freezers, and temperature‑controlled equipment.
