Duty Manager

We are seeking an experiencedDuty Manager who has strong leadership abilities to oversee our store. Willneed to have good organisational and communications skills, and will alsodisplay high presentation standards, honesty, and an excellent work ethic.

The successful applicant for this role will be responsiblefor ensuring that our store is always represented to the highest possiblestandard and effectively communicating any issues with the appropriate teammembers or Department Managers. They will also be responsible for solvingany customer issues that may arise, making sure that team members are alwaysproductive and ensuring that the storeis closed securely at the end ofthe night.

Due to the importance of the role the successful candidate willneed to demonstrate the following qualities :

• Excellentcommunication and customer service skills.
• Highlymotivated and be able to motivate the team.
• Understandingof Health & Safetyand Food Safety.
• Intermediatelevel of computer literacy.
• Have ahigh attention to detail and be able to prioritise tasks.
• Musthave valid Manager’s Certificate
• Musthave valid Forklift licence, including F endorsed
• Committedtocoming towork every shift with a positiveand enthusiasticattitude.
• Is trustworthy and reliable.
