As part of their ongoing drive for excellence, there is now an opportunity for a pragmatic and down-to-earth Site Manager to lead the manufacturing site and ensure smooth day to day operations of production and maintenance across the business, fostering collaboration with a focus on best practice and continuous improvement. Based in Christchurch and reporting to the CEO, you will also work closely with the Dyehouse & Materials Production Manager. This will be a key role with a lot of variety and a good mix of stakeholders to get alongside and work with.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in people leadership and planning with a background in and understanding of manufacturing (industries focused on natural or renewable materials would be a nice to have), above average people leadership capabilities, a proven track record and a passion for sustainability and innovation and for making a difference as well as highly effective interpersonal skills. This is a hands‑on role which will suit a pragmatic person who builds and maintains relationships and who is a team player with the capacity to work autonomously and create a plan to achieve objectives.
