This role can be adapted for the right person (eg hours and $). Hours to start would be 9 - 3pm but if you need full time please advise. Remuneration to suit experience. Real Estate administration experience a must for this role.
We are searching for an exceptional Assistant to support two of our busy salespeople. This is a role where you can take ownership and be the proactive organised backbone of the team. You will keep things running smoothly with your attention to detail dealing with legal documents, along with strong communication skills. A friendly, easy-going attitude and a genuine “can-do, team player” approach will see you thrive here.
We are looking for someone who is confident with technology and happy to learn new skills if required. Databasing, Social Media, Marketing, answering emails and assisting the team with enquiries and property packs are some of the role - Helping with staging if you are this way inclined.
Our office is extremely hard working, but we always have fun doing it so please bring along your sense of humour.
