Needs Assessment Service Co-ordination (NASC) Unit
Salary between $66,611 - $71,074 per annum depending on experience

About the role
We are a team of friendly and supportive professionals providing administrative support functions for the service. This includes using a range of electronic systems (including SiPics, interRAI, Health Connect South), data processing, and receiving and responding to a variety of queries via telephone and email.You will be responsible for administration tasks within the department, including assisting with referrals, service facilitation, and information management. You can expect to be busy, challenged, and surrounded by experienced practitioners. You will work closely with the Clinical Needs Assessors within the service as well as external agencies, clients, and families. This is a rewarding opportunity to put your great administrative and organisational skills to use.

About you
With exceptional attention to detail, you will have previous administration experience. Previous experience in healthcare administration is preferable but not essential.
You will also need to demonstrate the following to be successful in this role :
Confidence in Microsoft 365 and good computer literacy
Evidence of good literacy and numeracy skills
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
A reliable team player who enjoys working in a smaller team
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity at all times
