For this role, you need to live and work (be based) in South Island, working as part of the South Island Health agency team, reporting through to agency owner. Work from home role. Start date is early 2026

What you need to have :

• Previous health or solid NZ agency / in house recruitment experiences required
• Sales mentality ability to meet and surpass set KPI's that are achievable
• Business acumen, with a driven and self-motivated personality, can work independently
• People skills - this is a people business and we put people first.
• Ability to influence, learn and be teachable
• An inquiring mindset, keen to develop and extend yourself
• Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong Business development skills - B2B

What you'll do :

• Manage the full end-to-end perm recruitment process, delivering the service we're famous for.
• Find great candidates, using our awesome tools & platforms.
• Business Development of new Health clients - have no call aversion
• Build relationships with current clients
• Smash your individual activity and sales targets and be rewarded
