What you'll do
Execute Operations & Stock Management : Ensure accurate and timely completion of routines, leading the "swarm" to correctly handle tasks, and overseeing all teams to fill shelves and manage deliveries according to standards.
Team Leadership & Development : Lead on-job training and coaching for team members, and champion a safe and healthy work environment.
Maintain Store Standards : Ensure the evening team is filling to correct standards, prioritise shelf-friendly packaging, and manage overstocks effectively.
Resolve Issues Proactively : Timely escalates process-related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
Contribute to Store Leadership : Step up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts and actively participate in "Better Together" connections to foster team collaboration.
