100 Spicy Foods 2023 Limited based in East Tamaki, Auckland is specialised in providing authentic Sichuan-style food and a variety of traditional Chinese dishes. We are looking for two cooks to join our awesome team.

You will be expected to work in our Kitchen in East Tamaki, a minimum of 40 hours per week with shifts variable from 11am to 10pm. Please note this is a permanent full-time role and the hourly pay rate would be $27.00-$30 based on candidates' experience and skills.

Job Description for This Position

Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking

regulating temperatures of steamer, grills and other cooking equipment

Seasoning food during cooking

Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding gravies, sauces and garnishes

Storing food in temperature-controlled facilities

Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements

Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils

Key Requirements for Successful Applicants :

At least one-year relevant work experience is required.

Relevant qualification or certificate is an advantage.

Punctual and reliable with a positive can-do attitude will be key in this role

A positive and willing attitude to learn and progress.
