Co-Curatorial Lead, Mātauranga Māori & Taranaki History

A cultural institution in New Zealand is seeking a mātauranga / history expert for the redevelopment of the Taranaki Life exhibition. This role requires broad knowledge of Taranaki history and strong relationships with local iwi / hapū. The project will involve research, planning, and developing content for a bicultural exhibition scheduled to open in 2028. Ideal candidates should have experience in project delivery and a passion for storytelling. The position requires 10 to 20 hours of work per week, particularly at the beginning of the project.
