Crop Monitoring Scout

If you are self-motivated, can work autonomously and have an eye for detail then join PGG Wrightson, Fruitfed Supplies as a Crop Monitoring Scout working at our clients' sites monitoring crops for pests and diseases.

We are seeking expressions of interest for Casual or Fixed-term weekend workers and may include public holiday work, please include in your application what position you are interested in and the hours per week you are available.

Our focus is on supporting growers around New Zealand to produce quality, profitable crops by helping them access the right products, services, and advice.

What you'll bring to the team :

• A full, current, and clean NZ driver licence and your own reliable transport - Mileage Will be reimbursed! (4WD vehicle preferred)
• No Prior experience needed! If you are committed to working the weekend, have a great work ethic, and can follow instructions then we will provide you all the necessary training.
• Good physical fitness, this role is an active role where you will be on your feet walking and bending throughout the day.
• The ability to work public holidays & over the Christmas new year period.
• A willingness to help out in our Retail store if you are unable to access clients' site to complete crop monitoring.
