Required

We are looking for a Loss Adjuster based in our modern and vibrant Wellington office. You will have the required knowledge, experience and attitude to manage a range of domestic and low value commercial insurance claims. The role includes :

• Delivering quality customer experiences
• Undertaking assessments based on site visits and / or documentary evidence (including photographic / video)
• Meeting with customers and suppliers; completing investigations
• Effective and timely written and verbal communication and reporting
• Management of the insurance claim settlement process
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with brokers and insurers

To excel in this role, you should be energetic, positive and keen to learn. It is essential that you have loss adjusting experience across different lines of business, and it is advantageous if you are qualified through ANZIIF or with a similar trade / tertiary qualification; however, attitude will make you truly successful.
