About the Roles

Join the Provider of Healthcare Services to Public Prisons across Victoria. Multiple positions at various locations are available.

The Senior Medical Officer (Fellow) will provide and supervise medical care to prisoners by delivering and evaluating medical programs and medical services required and / or provided.

The Senior Medical Officer (Fellow) coordinates hours of service and on-call responsibilities in consultation with the Health Services Manager and the Director, Medical Services.

Locations and Salaries

Working at multiple locations to increase up to Full Time can be discussed.

Senior Medical Practitioner – Salary is $405,000.00 per annum + 12% Super or pro rata.

• 0.4 FTE, 4 days per fortnight – Loddon & Middleton Prison's, Castlemaine
• 0.8 FTE, Part Time, up to 8 days per fortnight – Marngoneet Correctional Centres, Lara
• 1.0 FTE, Full Time – Western Plains Correctional Centre, Lara
• 1.0 FTE, Full Time – Metropolitan Remand Centre, Truganina
• 2.1 FTE, Full Time or – (Location unspecified)
• 1.0 FTE, Full Time – Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Ravenhall
